Eat a Rainbow


Here are 3 easy ways that I came up with to assist me with eating healthy, eating on schedule, and eating according to my liking... I made my own regime, but I am going to show you how to make your own in this blog... Remember to choose fruits and vegetables that you are fund of and that you enjoy eating!

1) Choose 5 veggies (like a rainbow)
2) Choose 5 fruit (like a rainbow)
3) Eat a rainbow in the morning and in the evening.

Simply eat the vegetables --->with the fruits in the morning and in the evening as meals... And that's it! Follow that routine everyday for healthy minds, healthy bodies, healthy skin, healthy hair, healthy teeth, and just overall gwa health in general... You can eat according to your desired weight, but try not to overdue it... You may just eat 4 cups of food per meal (2 meals per day), which is 8 cups of food per day, and drink 8 cups of water per day to stay balanced... Or you could mix the 8 cups of food with the 8 cups of water per day and drink it as a blended juice everyday to keep your routine... However you do it is up to you! BE creative! BE motivated! BE satisfied! The goal is to BE healthy, and actually feel it, and look it. Below I made an example of what I mean by choosing veggies and fruit in a rainbow.
 
Example...
Veggies
Green   - Green beans
Yellow  - Squash
Orange - Carrots
Red      - Tomatoes
Purple  - Purple cabbage

Fruit
Green   - Green melons
Yellow  - Lemons
Orange - Peaches
Red      - Cranberries
Purple  - Plums

Save a lefe'!
That is a basic structure for eating healthy EVERYDAY... Anything else is additional, but could be implemented into your meal plan, such as herbs, roots, and nuts & grains... The simplest plans are usually easiest to keep... Make it easy for you and for your family! Eating healthy not only saves you a lot of money, it more importantly saves your lefe', and your families lives!

You can throw in other fruits and veggies to complete your rainbow or fill in the colors to make a full 256 color chart if you like, but REMEMBER it is your imagination, and more so your health that is requiring of you to eat a rainbow!
