Substituting Principles



If you have not been eating so "rainbow" appropriate, here are 3 proven ways to get back on track AND TO STAY ON TRACK...

1) Substitute all animal products or bi-products with one vegetable and one fruit.
    Pork       - (Green)      Broccoli & Green melons
    Beef       - (Yellow)    Squash & Pineapples
    Turkey   - (Orange)    Carrots & Oranges
    Chicken - (Red)          Tomatoes & Strawberries
    Fish       - (Purple)      Cabbage (red) & Blueberries

2) Substitute all people that eat animal products or bi-products with vegans.

3) Substitute all places where people may eat animal products or bi-products with a more vegan-friendly environment...

If you live in a vegan-friendly environment, you will have a clean atmosphere to work with friendly people that are already sequenced to thinking purely and kindly, without violent or sexually immoral practices going on in their la'u, and you will be able to EAT A RAINBOW with more certainty, as people will not go against that FLOW of Natural practices or hinder your progress... So unless you SET THE ATMOSPHERE for eating healthy, it may not flow as smooth with the people around you that may not care about their own health as you may care for yours... So you have to free yourself from such people and keep yourself in a healthy environment to eat healthy...

Let all of the veggie and fruit substitutions take the place of those animals, so that if ever you think about eating them or have a desire to eat them, you will already have a remedy for it, until all of your desires to eat them leaves you... It is really a mind thing that occurs from eating a certain way for so long... So stay alert and follow your routine! If you happen to eat shellfish, including crabs, lobsters, shrimp and etc., you can substitute them for pistachios, pecans, peanuts, blueberries, cranberries, cherries, and other fruits and veggies, because what you may like is the thrill of cracking open the shells and eating them, or the snack-like feel of them...
